Marshal support
Marshal Worker Safety is a lone-worker safety app published by Zetifi Pty Ltd. It is an enterprise app provided to workers by their employer — you receive an invitation from your employer or safety manager and enrol against your employer's Microsoft 365 environment. There is no public sign-up.

Common questions
I didn't get my invite, or the invite link won't open. Ask your employer's Marshal administrator to re-send it, then open the link on the phone where Marshal is installed. Still stuck? Email support@zetifi.com.
A safety feature isn't working. Check that Location is set to "Always" and Notifications are on in your device settings, then contact your safety team or support@zetifi.com.
